Accessibility
Statement
We want this website to be easy to use for everyone, including visitors with visual, hearing, motor or cognitive differences.
Our goal
The site has been designed and built with the Level AA success criteria of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 as its reference.
Supported features
- The page language is declared, so screen readers read Turkish and English pages in the correct language.
- Images that carry content have alternative text; purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Menus, links and forms can be used with a keyboard, and focused elements are clearly highlighted.
- If “reduce motion” is enabled on your device, page transitions and animations are simplified.
- Text remains readable when zoomed to 200% in the browser, and the site adapts to mobile devices.
- Pages are structured with a heading hierarchy and meaningful landmark labels.
Known limitations
- The Smile Mirror and the 3D tooth model are visual experiences; the information they present may not be fully available to screen reader users. The same information is available on the treatment pages, or you can contact us directly.
- Pages do not yet have a “skip to content” link, so keyboard users need to move past the menu links to reach the main content.
- Contrast of text placed over images may vary with the image content.
We are continuing to work on these limitations.
How this was assessed
This statement is based on a self-assessment by the site’s development team, covering keyboard navigation, mobile screen sizes, the reduce-motion preference and a code review.
