Your privacy matters to us. Essential technologies keep the site secure; analytics, marketing and personalisation tools are activated only after your explicit choice. Cookies and browser storage
Technologies are grouped by purpose:
- Essential: browser storage and technical data required for site preferences, security and Cloudflare Turnstile.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, only with consent.
- Marketing: Meta Pixel, only with consent and when configured.
- Personalisation: Intellimize experiments and personalisation, only with consent and when configured.
Optional tools are disabled on first visit. You can change your choice from the banner or the “Cookie settings” control in the footer.
Smile Mirror and your images
Your camera feed and standard preview are processed in your browser, on your device. The site does not use a private gallery or persistent site storage for patient images. Your image is passed to the app you choose only when you initiate social sharing. If you explicitly consent to AI simulation, the image area needed for editing is sent to the service provider; it is not saved to a gallery by this site.
Forms and WhatsApp
Your name, phone number and short note are not stored on the website’s servers. The form prepares a WhatsApp message on your device; it reaches us only if you review and send it. Please do not submit detailed health information. WhatsApp conversations are subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.
Third-party links
The site may provide links or sharing options for Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. When you use them, that provider is responsible for the platform’s data practices.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No private gallery is maintained for Smile Mirror images. While no system is entirely risk-free, reasonable technical and organisational measures are taken to protect your data.
Children’s privacy
If the smile quiz or contact tools are used on behalf of a child, they should be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
